Description
The Retail Experience Scan (REXS Audit) offers a ready-to-use solution that can be immediately applied to optimize the physical shopping experience for both small and large retailers, as well as designers and consultants. Our solution involves the creation of complex algorithms and calculations, which generate detailed PDF reports showcasing the comprehensive scope of the shopping experience assessment.
Outcome
The Retail Experience Scan, also known as the Experience Audit, is a scientifically developed measuring tool designed to assess and score the quality of the shopping experience. Created by the Retail Design Lab after extensive research, this tool has been implemented by DEVATWORK and will be available to designers under license starting from spring 2022. The Retail Experience Scan serves as a comprehensive measurement tool, providing a score that evaluates various aspects of the shopping experience.
